The alcohol dehydration station was launched

Since October 2011, Khorostovskyy MPD GP “Ukrspirt” launched the bioethanol production.

The current output of bioethanol complex is 45 tons/day.

The absolutization of alcohol is carried out due to the technology of Techinservice.

Techinservice made the process plan of the plant, arrangement of equipment in 3D, pipeline layout, and cable trays.

About 80% from the total amount of the equipment were manufactured and delivered, in particular:

•    Vacuum apparatuses TVA-75, TVA-60;

The cooperation of Techinservice and Razgulay Group in 2011 allowed delivering and

putting into operation 33 TF filters and 6 crystallizers to Razgulay Group.

The companies reached the agreement in May, 2011, and already in September the

majority of filters were put into operation...
