Automatic control system of defecosaturation division

Juice defecation.

Automatic control system of defecosaturation “MorningDew” is an addition to technological realization and it intends for achievement of more economy and efficient work of juice defecation division of a sugar plant.

List of main functions of the system:

• runoff stabilization
• control of lime milk  runoff and return of thickened juice suspension of 1st saturation to predefecation and defecation in proportion to diffusion juice  runoff or on the instructions;
• control of juice рН level in predefecator;
• adjustment of juice temperature for defecation, for filters of 1st saturation, 2nd saturation and for  evaporation set;
• pressure stabilization of saturation gas in collector;
• keeping of рН set value of 1st and 2nd saturation juice by feeding of saturation gas;
• control and adjustment of levels in collectors and sets.

The system provides:

1. Pump operating – inverting or reversing
2. Signalling of pump actuators operating and also deflection of technical characteristics from predetermined limit values.
3. Technological characteristics record and informational assemblage for the given time period.  
4. The possibility of instrument panels remote control – graphical symbolic circuits represent visual information about technological process, mechanic condition, operating mode, emergency situations from operator’s panel or computer keyboard. 
5. Complete deficiency of manual operations.
6. Integration of filter plants control.
7. Pumps of thickened suspension to chamber filter etc.
