The structure of such systems, depending on the exact task, can represent a distributed multilevel control system, the upper and the lower levels of which can be united by 'ETHERNET' (TCP/IP) network, ModbusPlus, allowing for possibility to plug in additional equipment included into a common network. TControl board is factory-assembled equipment designed for centralized control and management of manufacturing processes of industrial enterprises, power supply, etc. A control board consists of meters and control devices, computing equipment, indicator lamps, control keys and mnemonic circuits. Control boards provide for good visibility and accessibility of all the equipment installed. To turn on and control power mechanisms, electric motors, power distribution boards, alternating voltage circuits (380 V and over) are being completed with special power control boards, which could also be equipped with various starting devices.
Controller panels and posts are supplied if the equipment is supposed to be arranged in a special isolated 'controller room'.

Such pneumatic control boards can act either as a distribution unit, in which case they should be equipped with air-preparation units, supply manifolds, pneumatic terminal boxes, etc., or a control unit, equipped with all kinds of converters, control, pneumatic analogue and digital devices, etc.
Operator's control boards, which can be designed as a suspended unit or an isolated post, are used for the visualization and control of a manufacturing process.
