WCF Burning technology generated by Group of companies “Techinservice” Ltd is similarly to black oil burning technology.
Conversion of existing boiler units unto WCF does not need tedious alterations of a boiler and huge capital outlays concerned with it.
To reduce zone of active burning and to low an output temperature at a firebox boiler, Group of companies “Techinservice” Ltd has generated and patented a muffle burner for earlier damp vaporization of water-coal emulsion. A pulverized WCF flow with high level realization of fluid paraxial recirculation will proceed into a firebox zone. There are two levels of gas dispatch in a muffle burner and two levels of gas dispatch for muffle pre-heating and for flame front keeping.
The muffle burner provides the burning capability of two types of fuel (gas and WCF) as separately so in compound.
