Since December, 2008 «Techinservice» company has been participating in the program of construction of the plant producing MDF boards which is the first of its kind in Ukraine.
For this project «Techinservice» has produced and has started installation of the following equipment:
- Bark peeling, chip manufacturing
- Chip washing
- Fibre preparation
- Drying
- Preparation and glue dosage
- Mechanical and pneumatic conveyors
- Pneumatic means of transportation
- Power installation
This equipment has been produced according to the drawings of a German company.
Total weight of the equipment exceeds 1200 tons.
The company has won the tender for manufacturing and installation of the plant metal structures to a total weight of 2000 t composed of:
-Supporting metal structures
- Cable racks.
«Techinservice» is the general contractor for installation of all processing equipment and metal structures of the given facility. Installation of the processing equipment and metal structures is being conducted by highly qualified teams consisting of fitters and welders.
The first board production is planned for May, 2010.
The total plant manufacturing capacity of 750 m ³ per day will be reached in autumn of 2010 planned annual capacity will be equal to 250.000 m ³.
For reference: MDF is a material which gradually replaced woodchip board and high density fibreboard in furniture and construction industry all over the world.
MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard - a wood-fiber board of average density) - the product of a wood origin formed by pressing of wood fibres using organic binding substances under high pressure and temperature.
