«Techinservice» has produced equipment and manufacturing of the MDF plant metal structures. «Techinservice» is the general contractor for  installation of all processing equipment and metal structures of the given facility. Installation of the processing equipment and metal structures is being conducted by highly qualified teams consisting of fitters and welders.

On 22 September 2009, Techinservice company staff launched the filtration station for the 1st carbonation juice at Skidelsky sugar combine. The station consists of seven TF-120 filters.

For the time being, 4 filters are in operation; their total capacity is 6800 tons of beet per day.

The station functions in completely automatic mode.

On 20 August 2009, Techinservice company staff launched a lime kiln of Alexandrovsky brick-making plant. Fuel used for the kiln is anthracite coal. Conversion of lime kiln from natural gas to anthracite coal resulted in improvement of technical and economical characteristics. 

As a result of lime kiln modernization, the following standards of performance were achieved:

- standard capacity – 40 tons of lime per day;
- maximum capacity -  65 tons of lime per day;
- activity of the resulting СаО – 90%;
- fully automatic functioning mode.


Reference: anthracite coal is an alternative kind of hard fuel.
One gigacalorie of heat, produced out of natural gas, is three times more expensive than the one produced by means of anthracite coal burning.

The first in Ukraine six-case evaporating installation has been started by experts of company "Techinservice" on Open Company "Agrocomplex" Zelena Dolyna"(Tomashpolsky sugar factory) on August, 28th, 2009. The film evaporating device TVP1580 (the surface area 1900м ², height of tubes 14м) manufactures "Techinservice" has been established аs the third case. Transfer of heating of grocery shop has been made into the given evaporating device.
